用途：

適用于各種電源線、數(shù)據(jù)線纜、通訊線纜、以及其他特種線纜芯線成纜絞合，并同時完成中心包帶以及側(cè)放包帶。

性能特征：
本系列設(shè)備是在研究國內(nèi)外同類產(chǎn)品的基礎(chǔ)上，根據(jù)廣大客戶的要求研制而成的產(chǎn)品，具有國際領(lǐng)先水平。其控制系統(tǒng)由PLC程序控制+變頻控制+氣動控制組成，絞距穩(wěn)定，誤差為2%，另外絞距變換有兩種形式供客戶選擇：一種PLC自動無級控制；一種換齒變換有級型。放線部分有被動型、主動型以及退扭型三種方式選擇。該成纜系列生產(chǎn)線設(shè)計獨到，技術(shù)領(lǐng)先，是成纜、包帶串聯(lián)生產(chǎn)首選設(shè)備。

Performance characteristic：
On the basis of studying the products of similar type at home and abroad, this series of equipments are the products which are developed according to the requirements of the users with advanced level on international. Its control system consists of PLC procedure control + frequency conversion control + pneumatic control with stable lay of twist and 2% errors. In addition, change the lay of twist have two ways for users to select: the first one is PLC automatic stepless control; the other is tooth replace change step type. The pay-off part owns passive type, active type and back-twist type for selection. The design of cabling series production lines are unique with advanced technology and it is the referred equipment for cabling and wrapping series production.
